This agency they get one star from me ! They are terrible ,my husband had their visiting nurse come by the time they left the wound was 10 times worse than what it was my husband almost losing his leg because of them ,now after 41/2 yrs its 90% healed and thats because of the new agency relief I recommend them 100% thank you reliet

Coordination originally was a little tough you may have to follow up a couple times but every single staff member that has been to the home has been absolutely excellent with zero issues obviously they're overbooked and understaffed but the staff that we've dealt with so far has been excellent

Went In for a total knee replacement. Had to call to find out what was going on with my in house Pt. Nurse came down took my info and a couple of days later ,called again to see when someone would call or come to start my Pt. Was told someone would contact me. After my telling them I needed someone before mg 2 week follow up they had someone call . Head Pt guy came down took my Info and agreed someone dropped the ball. He text someone to contact me. THE VISITING NURSES ARE GREAT IF YOU CAN GET PASS THE OFFICE, NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, RUDE, ALONG WITH NO FOLLOW-UPS, THEY ARE IN NEED OF TRAINING WITH EMPATHY AS WELL.
