The blinds fall from the roof constantly, the water heating is poor and the interior design of the houses are an eye sore. Not only that but there's some extremely stupid rules here like no signage on the balcony. No pot plants on the balcony deck. Can't smoke on the balcony, can't have plants that hang of the balcony. Nightingale apartments are essentially ideological communes. Nightingale itself is an organization that really, in my experience having lived in Nightingale Preston, cares only about its core constituency who are in the main, essentially NG ideological acolytes but mainly they just care about profit!
