In addition to my last review on Nightingale Home Care recently, one day last week, my wife, who was at work, sent a text to my son at home requesting him to peg out the washed clothes still in the washing machine. Guess what? My son replied back saying the clothes were already pegged out. Only one person could have done this. My father in law's carer from Nightingale. Keep up the good work, Nightingale. Ben assists my 94yo father in law, John, at our home in St. Albans Park, Geelong. He helps John to shower, dry, and get dressed, as he is frail and falls a lot. My wife was amazed to see the dishwasher emptied after it's cycle, and was asking everyone who had done it, as everyone was out working for the day. I have been fortunate enough to work with, initially Bethany and now her team at Nightingale Home Care. I have witnessed the company growth and yet the level of support and care I receive has only improved. This is something I rarely come across. Since moving across to Nightingale Home Care for my daughter's care requirements, everything has felt easy. The support workers are all incredibly competent, capable and delightful. The team communicate effectively and ensure that all required shifts are covered which seems like a minimum requirement that was consistently not met with another care provider we used in the past.
