Predatory business owner, steer clear, financial insolvency. Bethany is a Registered Nurse who is seriously lacking ethics. No management skills just looking to make profit no matter how many disabled people she scams. Frequently leaves vulnerable disabled ndis participants with no continuity of care in causing threats to safety and life. Consistent cancelled shifts, no shows, rotating roster of staff. Office chaos, not enough admin for the sheer volume of clients and staff. Owner, Bethany RN, gives zero care and has been running a financially insolvent business. Ceased all services to all clients and staff with zero notice and an intention to set up a new business. She is already approaching potential clients. Do not give this woman your business, she is dangerous.
Absolutely disgusting company, poor service and inconsiderate of the people they are meant to be caring for.
In addition to my last review on Nightingale Home Care recently, one day last week, my wife, who was at work, sent a text to my son at home requesting him to peg out the washed clothes still in the washing machine. Guess what? My son replied back saying the clothes were already pegged out. Only one person could have done this. My father in law's carer from Nightingale.
