For the most part this pharmacy is great. The staff, the pharmacists, the availability of prescriptions for such a tiny town are nearly all indescribably better than the previous pharmacy we used (Walgreens). Nearly. That "nearly" would be the one named Linda. Linda ranks right up there with overseas internet support line operators as one of the rudest and most condescending humans I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Linda the owner is very rude and can not get anything straight. She was filling in and told me she was the owner and normally doesn't work. She told us that the insulin should be managed better. It was not short because of mismanagement but instead they were filled the prescription wrong months prior and insurance finally caught it. Everyone else there is very nice and the supervior is great however due to Linda's attitude and writing nasty notes about us for other employees we will be switching pharmacies.
Up until about a year ago I never went to this pharmacy. Then Jonathan became a pharmacist there and I will continue to go to this pharmacy probably until he no longer works there. Nice and friendly staff!
That place use to be wonderful. The Staff that was there went up and be on to make sure your monthly prescriptions were always ready . And would call and tell you they were ready. NOW THOSE so called employees DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. You tou call them ALL the time to fill your prescriptions. Even though you are on AUTO FILL.. And you can Bet 70% of the time there is one or two not there. And there excuse is we sent for a New refill a week You need to call them . WELL 1ST off you Can not do that .
