I am in McLaren Lapeer hospital and had a a stress test done. Apparently, McLaren has outsourced their radiology reads to this company. I have been waiting 2 days for a read of the results and it looks like it won't happen for another day. I guess it is a good thing I am not dying. This is rediculous. Nice move McLaren. Went to the ER. Needed a head CT scan the ER was great, nice and quick. We waited over 2 hours for this company to read the CT. They never read it and eventually the PA called the day time radiologist and woke them up to have the CT read so we could go home. Not quick or efficient at all.
Truly awful. Frequently miss critical pathology. Some of these misreads have me genuinely scratching my head. It's not clear to me that a human looks at these studies.
Wish I could put a no star rating... I would not recommend this radiology reading group. They are very slow to read exams. (some take over 2 weeks) They will not send information needed for you to get accreditation for modalities. I need all licenses from the radiologists that read for us, along with other information and they just will not send them. The license I did find through IAC's help were expired!! I have been asking for this information since November of 2023 and have yet to get it. Do NOT use this company.
