Stopped in for a tour and everyone was great and had a chance to see how some great pistols were made. Craig ran us around and met everyone. Can’t wait to get one ordered from a great company.
Stopped by Nighthawk yesterday to see if we could get a tour on our way to Branson. Everyone from the moment we walked in was extremely wonderful! Craig came out and gave us the history and the tour. I was able to meet Mike Santella, who was the gunsmith who built my pistol! “One gun one gunsmith” Mike stopped his current project, took pictures with me, and he signed the underside of my grip panel. This was our second tour of Nighthawk Custom. If you have never toured-it is a must! Exceptional and knowledgeable staff. Literally, you are able to experience up close the workings of the shop as well as speak with the gunsmiths. They encourage questions. In addition, the tour of the gun museum is amazing. Exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and reliability, and not just meant as a collectors piece!
A big thank you to Craig, the tour was awesome! I really enjoyed seeing how the pistols were made, being able to talk to the gunsmiths, and be able to ask questions. The displays were impressive. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated and I would recommend this to anyone.
Serene, warm, and inviting. A place I could stay for hours. .. And that's just the lobby! The entire facility from the Showroom Vault to the Gunsmith's workshop is remarkable.
