Very disappointing - we engaged them for plumbing work on our first property and thought it would be a good idea to remain loyal and support their business on our second property. We booked an appointment 4 days ahead. On the day of the appointment, we had to reconfirm the appointment as the plumber didn't rock up on time. We were told the plumber was experiencing delay and they would notify us via phone of any changes.
