I recently received service from Joel and appreciate his promptness and professionalism. The quality of the work is good, and the repair is holding up well so far. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the pricing communication. While I understand the base rate is $145 per hour, I was surprised to learn that an additional $145 is charged for every 15-minute increment beyond the first hour. Best plumbing company around town, have used them at 2 different properties, 1 rural 1 suburban and they did fantastic jobs at both. Affordable pricing and friendly tradies who attend the property. Easy to deal with and friendly admin when phoning up, and accommodating to requests. Will be using these guys ongoing for any plumbing needs. 5 stars and well earned! Use these guys! You won't be disappointed.
