I recently engaged NPG to inspect and hopefully diagnose some issues we were having with our Solar Hot Water Service. NPG were very prompt in attending our property and it was quickly realised that we needed a new HWS, (it was 30yrs old, badly leaking etc). Dealing with Grant, Sienna, Vicky, Jake etc, was an absolute pleasure. I was very displeased with the recent small job of replacing a simple kitchen faucet set. My instructions were to simply replace the set as I had determined that there was a continuous drip leak from cracked wager seat. Your plumber didn’t get or listen to my instructions and did and initial inspection visit which found I was correct and a new faucet set was required then came another day to do the job that was first ordered. Difficult job in extreme heat and the guys got on with it non-stop, checked very point to make sure was reliable. Great work, punctual and completed in 1 day. I would recommend these guys to anyone
