Great overnight hotel with good fresh cold beer. Rooms: recently refurbished - excellent. Bathroom : high end refit. But best of all was the outstanding customer service from SANDY. I left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom. Phoned Sandy from Coffs Harbour and she agreed to post it back to my Brisbane address. Sandy, your alacrity is noted and truely appreciated. Its staff like you that make businesses successful. Many thanks.
