We booked this motel in advance. Young girl at reception Sofia/shia (“assistant manager”) rang 30 mins before check in time saying she had to cancel our booking due to hotel policy stating they wont accept anyone within a 50 km radius. We then when to reception and asked that my friend whom I was staying with is more then 50 kms from hotel asking if we can book under my friends name she refused us and was extremely rude no customer service skills, and because I was less then 50 kms ways we both missed out on the hotel even t... read more
Staff was very friendly but the room was well below average, missing toilet seat when I arrive, can’t open or close my window properly, shower leaks all night room service issues due to their system playing up. Not the best experience
Bang for ya Buck! Room was modern clean and cozy .. good bed and shower 🚿 good parking space ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
