I stay here quite regularly so I rang the previous week and specifically asked for a down stairs room due to a knee injury and the difficulty of having to walk up and down the stairs. The girl I spoke to said that she booked me in a down stairs room only to find that when I got here to check in I was given room 9 which is upstairs. The bloke at thr service desk said there's nothing he can do and bad luck basically. Poor service !!!!
Location good, room smelled was not clean properly. But location was very good.
Room was suprisingly nicely renovated clean and cofortable maybe a selection of pillow comfort levels would help
