I stay all over Australia for work and the keysborough has been one of the best by far the manager (Lyam) went above and beyond to help with different things that I required while staying the staff where professional, kind and treated me like a local that had been drinking here for years. If in Melbourne a must stay ... great prices awesome food .. need a 10 star rating

Attempted to book two rooms at this hotel, after the first was booked I was told there were no further rooms available. I asked for a refund to book elsewhere as I needed the rooms together and was told I would be refunded. I haven’t recieved any money back despite cancelling the room immediately and the website originally saying they had two rooms available

I stayed at Nightcap at Keysborough Hotel during a business trip and was very disappointed with my experience. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The connection was extremely weak and frequently showed "No Internet Connection," making it difficult to work from my room. As an international business traveler, reliable internet access is essential.
