11:05 pm, my daughter had a tough time to sleep because of the loud TV sound from next door, I contacted the customer service of the hotel over phone to talk to the next door, she agreed over phone to look into matter, but never showed up. We had a sleepless night. That was a bitter experience with my toddler and a young boy having sleepless night. My only option left is to give one star rating. Otherwise, I am self satisfactory person and usually not after rating someone or some agent targeting them. We stayed in room no. 3
Did the job for a nights stopover. Fairly basic but clean. Friday night, so was a bit noisy with patrons leaving late. Staff were very helpful
