Unclean. We had prepaid to stay 3 nights. On 1st night I emailed the hotel about a short list of basic cleanliness issues and left for my conference. Email not actioned. Having stayed here 2 years prior, the poor cleanliness and how tired the rooms look, shocked us ... Floors- disgusting Bathroom floors - disgusting Poo under toilet seat - disgusting Lack of toilet paper Shower drain grill - disgusting Bathroom bin full, not by us - disgusting The horrendous amount of dust and general poor cleaning - we can live with. 우리는 이 호텔을 예약 시, 온라인 플랫폼 (8점대) 뿐만 아니라 구글지도 (4점대)에서도 평가가 높은 편이어서 매우 기대가 많았습니다. 처음 도착했을 때, 주차장을 보고 잘못 온 줄 알았습니다. 바닥의 아스팔트는 정돈되지 않았고 주차를 할 수 있게 관리되어 있지 않았습니다. 체크인 시, 직원들은 친절하여 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만, 호텔 바로 앞은 큰 도로가 있어 걱정스러웠습니다. 호텔 방 문을 열었을 때, 기대보다 많이 실망스러웠습니다. 따라서 평가가 조작되었다고 생각합니다. 제가 전세계 수많은 호텔들을 경험하고 내린 실질적 평가는 온라인 플랫폼 (7.0점), 구글지도 (3.5점)가 되겠습니다. 우리는 침대에 누웠고 거실 불을 끄고 침대등은 켜놓은 상태에서 바닥에 기어다니는 매우 큰 바퀴벌레를 발견하였습니다. 굉장히 충격적입니다. 우리는 다행히 수건으로 잡을 수 있었습니다. 그러나 다른 문제가 발생했습니다. 윗방인지 옆방인지 소음이 들리기 시작하고 더 큰 문제는 주기적으로 큰 도로가에서 미친듯한 오토바이와 튜닝된 차들의 배기음들이 끊... read more

Location was Great Rooms were great, bed was comfy and room was clean. Free welcoming drinks from staff Staff were polite welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.
