Booked to stay here one night when in Adelaide for work. Got to the hotel and they told me no hot water! Staff said this issue had been occurring all day but didn’t even try to call me to advise me of this issue. Staff were unable to book me onto another of the properties within the same group so I ended up having to drive 30 minutes into the CBD to get to a different hotel I found myself. Give it a miss.

Not sure about rooms or food. Just went into the pokie room. Looks very nice and tidy.
