Awesome location, close proximity to train station and just up the road from Knox Shopping centre, also close to the 1000 steps. Awesome feed at the pub, pokies were kind too. Clean and comfortable rooms, secure parking, gated. Staff were pleasant and obliging, great customer service. Will return
Stayed at Night caps Ferntree Gully, last night 7th, I have to say not much from the outside but office staff very friendly with a smile...(so important), once you're in behind locked gates the rooms are a very pleasant surprise....lovely and clean, smelt so nice, beautiful bathroom, very comfy big bed well made .we are from regional and would recommend this facility and would stay again.... Thankyou....😊

A modest, quiet hotel that's is only two stories high. Convenient, secure parking outside the rooms. Room was a typical hotel room and adequately furnished with usual amenities (fridge, kettle, aircon,TV) and a sofa and coffee table. Location is good with short walks to supermarkets, liquor store, train station and next to a bus stop. Don't sleep with windows open as mosquitoes visit at night!
