BEWARE CREDIT CARD FRAUD! I made a booking through Wotif last night, and accidentally made it for July instead of this weekend. I called Nightcap Ferntree Gully and explained the situation (to Alyssa) and as a regular customer thought they would may want to help out with amending or cancelling the booking, instead I was advised that due to using a 3rd party booking through Wotif, that they did not have 'the ability' to amend or cancel the booking. Very convenient being right next door to the pub, meals were easy and room service was great. We did have a dead possum right outside our room on arrival, looked like it had been there a few days. It remained there the entire 4 days of our stay. Not a great look.

Really lovely rooms and very quiet
We stayed as a family for 6 nights, and having an extra microwave, standard washing machine, and dryer really made our lives easier during our stay. We went to the buffet on the second floor of the restaurant next door twice during our stay. There was plenty of seafood, Asian-style fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and even some good old English black pudding. As hotel guests, we also got an extra discount, which was a nice touch.
