9/10 For redo, still has some old decor,but impressive! Carpet still leaves a bit to be desired ! Excellent shower,but be carefull not to smash the shower door on the hand basin, not a good design 🤔 Cannot get on Wi Fi

Rude staff, and the 'king size ' bed is just 2 singles pushed together. The beds are also on wheels so you fall in the gap.Terrible nights sleep. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. It would've been more useful on the day

The experience was horrible from when I walked in the staff were rude and passive aggressive they are no help at all and the rooms are disgusting I found multiple stains under my pillows and a gross smell

Currently reporting this hotel to a legal centre as consumer affairs said that what i experienced was FRAUD. Tried to change a booking (not cancel) but the receptionist who was extremely rude and unhelpful said they would cancel and charge me even though the stay was a month away.
