Everything was great, except the wifi stopped working shortly after connected for the rest of the night. It happened to all three Nightcap hotels in our trip.
They say if you cancel 24 hours before you get a refund. I cancelled 36 hours before and they didnt refund me a cent. Dont waste your time staying here. So many better and honest hotels close by
This was a last minute business overnighter. The VFM exceeding my expectations, especially once we saw the rooms. #4 & #3 have been upgraded (I’m assuming that they all have) There are modern fully tiled bathrooms with rain head showers. All amenities you would expect like shampoo conditioner soap body wash and hand lotion. New carpet tiles on the floors. New joinery. Large smart TV and a super comfortable queen bed.
