The staff were attentive and helpful, but unfortunately, there were several issues with my stay. The rooms are on the first floor, and there is no lift, which may be difficult for guests with luggage or mobility concerns. In the morning, the water was too cold to take a comfortable shower. When I went downstairs to notify reception, the door was locked. Far from downtown, around here is very deserted. And the room is untidy. The pillowcases turn yellow. The hair dryer, remote control cover with dust. The milk provided in the room's fridge had been opened and partially consumed, and there was an unfinished ice cream left by the previous guest. And you need to take your luggage upstairs by yourself cuz no elevator. And the crews and company show less concern about these issues.
