Absolutely terrible experience. There was hair all over the bathroom and even inside the drawers, and the shower had clearly not been cleaned. The service was very basic and we barely even received a greeting. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs, which made things even worse after a long flight. Great place to stay, great meals, friendly staff. Only negative is having to walk up 24 steps every time you need to eat or go anywhere. Plus towels should be provided in the rooms instead of a shower mat
