Terrible customer service handed a damaged garment to me and when I came out to inform them about the issue they calmed I did it and forced me to purchase the item that I never even tried on. Very shameful place
Love this place! My husband and I go often to keep things spicy. They are always very helpful and extremely nice. They now even cut up with us and our crazy sense of humor. I was very shy and uncomfortable when I first went there but they made me feel at ease and very comfortable discussing what I was looking for. We be back for sure!
Not a big selection here. The person behind the counter was nice, but not helpful. He said I should go with the cheapest vibrator because he doesn’t know the difference compared to the more expensive ones. So I decided on the cheap one (after doing some research online I know this was not good advice). He then opens the vibrator that I was purchasing and takes it out of its packaging with BARE HANDS, turns it on, touches it all over, then hands it to my husband. Weird.
