As always Night Owls didn't let us down. Our pug is given the best care whenever we need to take her for an emergency or just a checkup or follow up. The staff treat her like she is their own and she actually loves going there. She loves Dr. Kumm and gets so excited whenever she sees her. The care we receive is top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every question we had was answered and they treat you like family. my cat started having a noticeable allergic reaction to a vaccine he received earlier in the day around 530 pm. I called and was informed to bring him in asap. they immediately took him back as soon as i walked in the door and provided multiple treatment options. i was never pressured into any sort of extreme treatment. we arrived around 6 pm and were leaving shortly before 8 pm with a happy and healthy cat! every staff member was very kind and treated him promptly but thoroughly. before and after pictures given!
We had to bring our kitten in overnight for an eye injury….. everyone was so friendly, helpful and inviting. The wait time was reasonable and the price was very affordable. Thank you!
We came in tonight after my sister's cat started having alarming symptoms. It was the last hour of their open hours, so we called on our way to see if there was a wait, there wasn't, so we headed on in. Our girl was lovingly whisked away to an examination room while sis and I hung back to get her properly checked in. 2 weeks ago today I had to take my 9.5 yr old service dog in, as he was acting off Thursday night. I got there when they opened, and explained his symptoms and my gut feeling that something wasn't right. They examined him, agreed something wasn't right, and recommended an ultrasound. It came back with bad news. Essentially, he had multiple masses and bleeding inside.
