Night Owl Truck Repair completely screwed me over. They promised me a raise and never followed through-total bait-and-switch. They didn't tell me about open enrollment for insurance, leaving me high and dry. Ten grand worth of my tools got stolen, and they only partially replaced them. Worst of all, when I had an issue at two in the morning with a customer needing paperwork and invoicing, they refused to offer any help.
