I was referred here by another veterinarian. I had a very sick budgie who had an enlarged chest and was very obviously unwell, so I made a two-hour drive to bring my bird in for the appointment. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting eight hours before a veterinarian actually saw my bird. The veterinarian only spent about 15 minutes speaking with me. The doctors and nurses are helpful and patient, I have brought several of my birds to this hospital many times. However honestly, their prices have become more and more outrageous. If you are rich, you can skip the following comment. They failed to save my budgie the first time I came here. Since then, whenever I brought in my other birds, I repeatedly felt that they exaggerated small problems, amplified owners’ fear and anxiety, and then used guilt to pressure people into accepting a long list of expensive tests, procedures... read more

First off, I would like to thank Claire at front desk (I hope I spelt your name right) for squeezing me in for an emergency visit almost a month ago now for my bird Simone’s first visit. We wouldn’t have gotten the help we needed without you doing your best work. What I thought was just a sprained ankle, ended up being one of the worst news of our life.
