My son had a double ear infection. My 5 yr old i.e. He developed a nasty cough and congestion 1 week later, so I took him into Pediatrix. The front desk rep was rude to my husband. When I walked in after they were ready for my baby(2hrs later), the nurse Nicole had no compassion when dealing with my son. She shoved the swab up his nostril for the flu test and was loud and ignorant.
