I see so many negative comments but my experience was just the opposite. I had a sleep study done in 2020 and had no issues with the equipment, with the process, or with the results. Then today (one day before Thanksgiving) I needed a copy of the results. I called up, spoke with the receptionist (I won't name her for privacy reasons), she was highly efficient, professional, and shockingly good at her job. Scam. Paid them upfront, out of pocket. They delivered the equipment. I followed the instructions exactly, and sent the equipment back. Was told I would be contacted with results within a few days. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them, I called them. They said my test did not work. They said there was no discount to retake the test and no refund. Scam. Find a legitimate company.
☆☆PLEASE ADVISE ☆☆ DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! Do any business with this company. Even if your doctor refers you to it. PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This company displays very unethical and shady tactics. Where we as the consumers have to find out the hard way. Management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and has even yelled at me over the phone calling me a lier. SAVE YOURSELF the hassle and save your money. Because once you get your BROKEN OR MALFUNCTIONED UNIT. Never in my 47 years of living have I ever heard of being charged a fee of $150.00 for a no-show because of an emergency. My mother-in-law was unconscious, and we had to rush her to the emergency ( even in the midst, I still called to make them aware of what was going on), where the doctor told us there was nothing they could do. The next day, she died, and in the chaos that was going on, I got an alert that $150 was taken out of the account for a sleep study I missed talking about being inhumane.
