It was very rinkydink. We received the box and I looked at the pieces and instructions. I was semi confused. I thought surely there must be a website with instructions. The website was down. Then I thought surely if I put Night Hawk Sleep on my television YouTube there would be videos on how to put it on. I saw several from other companies, but nothing from Nighthawk. I see so many negative comments but my experience was just the opposite. I had a sleep study done in 2020 and had no issues with the equipment, with the process, or with the results. Then today (one day before Thanksgiving) I needed a copy of the results. I called up, spoke with the receptionist (I won't name her for privacy reasons), she was highly efficient, professional, and shockingly good at her job. Scam. Paid them upfront, out of pocket. They delivered the equipment. I followed the instructions exactly, and sent the equipment back. Was told I would be contacted with results within a few days. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them, I called them. They said my test did not work. They said there was no discount to retake the test and no refund. Scam. Find a legitimate company.
☆☆PLEASE ADVISE ☆☆ DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! Do any business with this company. Even if your doctor refers you to it. PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This company displays very unethical and shady tactics. Where we as the consumers have to find out the hard way. Management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and has even yelled at me over the phone calling me a lier. SAVE YOURSELF the hassle and save your money. Because once you get your BROKEN OR MALFUNCTIONED UNIT.
