Hector Ruiz, security at San Jacinto plaza. I asked him why they homeless take off their shoes and lay on the grass like this is their living room. He said if you don't like it you can leave.instead of doing his job and controlling the environment we tax payers pay for he's letting them call San Jacinto their living room. If I ride my bike down through here security quick to chase us down. Homeless are more welcomed here than us taxpayers. Discipline your employees and give them proper training.
