First I will say Jason and Nicole are very nice and respectful people. I took my truck in for running rough and after littler over a month they were able to find a grounded wire on the fuel pump. I will also add I let Jason know I did not need the truck so there wasn’t a rush. The problem I have is after the work was completed. I drove the truck home and the next morning I noticed a puddle of diesel. It was coming from the fuel bowl which they had replaced the fuel filter and cleaned out the bowl. Perfect workmanship! I know cars, and THIS is where I go
Great local shop. Jason and Nicole are great people and very honest. Would absolutely go back. No matter what you do don't go to Autotronics. They are right next door and a total scam and rip off. Not to mention they laid off their best employee for some kid who doesn't know anything and can't answer basic automotive questions.
** CONSUMER BEWARE**. So be careful about having your car serviced here because if something happens to your car they will not take responsibility. I recently brought my truck in for service as it had an emissions code. I get a call from the owner who stated my engine fan “spontaneously” blew apart while they were testing it and attempted to convince me that this happens frequently. It apparently took out my radiator so now I had to pay for the replacement parts. I figured I would just suck it up and pay so I did. I picked u... read more
