Made an appointment for a cleaning and never even got the cleaning was told I had 14 cavities (I had seen a dentist a year prior and had none, and none that they were watching) was told I would get a call back for a cleaning and the procedure. Never got a call back for any of it. And I know I did not have 14 cavities, I’ve had one in my whole life which was filled and sealed at 11. My dental appointment went very well, staff is nice, didn't wait that long plus the doctor was funny and its a great place
Worst experience ever. Dental assistant and dentist is fine. Customer service and bill8ng -10000. We had insurance they said we didn't. While trying to figure out what was going on we were making payments. Welp low and hlbehold they sent us to collections. I had my lawyer call and it was a miracle pulled us out of collections. Why just why do you try to strong arm people to pay
