Went today for my consult visit and could not recommend enough. Very Kind receptionists and my xray tech was phenomenal! Dr. Gou listened to all my concerns and addressed them with professionalism and ease. This will be my go to office from now on. The patient care is 10/10.
I need to start off by saying that I had a fear of Dentists since I was a young girl, having bad experiences. Every time I went to a Dentist I would have to be put to sleep from my fears. I must say I’m 74 years old now and hadn’t changed until I moved to Clayton NC 11 years ago to be near my Grand Children. I'm more than pleased with Night and Day Dental. They call and text you reminder of appointments. They workout a Dental work plan with you. They tell you upfront if you will have a co-pay. Also have help with payments if you can't afford treatment. The staff is helpful and patient with you. They don't rush you or shortcut treatment. If you need major work done, they numb your mouth up before doing any work. They work hard not to cause you discomfort. I have and will continue to recommend the Claton location to people.
