I used the Nigh Eye Group at Haywood rd probably 7 years ago. I was happy to see this location open up much closer to home. When I visited I was taken to the back pretty quickly to get the preliminary stuff out of the way. I will say I waited in the chair for almost 20 minutes for the doctor to show up. I was borderline irritated, but I know it happens. Dr. Hegener showed up and was just about as pleasant as she could be. I really really liked her. Very good. All equipment is very modern. Prices for eye exam is good even without insurance. Ya, $100 is still expensive but better then most. Ive gone here for 2 years and they have done a great job for me, my wife, mother and both kids. Glasses at Vision works is mad expensnext door but Nigh is very good and the help plus Dr's there are fantastic.

Went in last week and was seen by Courtney. She was absolutely amazing. And the to the two that helped me with picking out glasses, Julianna and the other guy I can’t remember his name. Black guy with glasses I believe. They were both super helpful and extremely friendly. They made me feel like family and made the experience easy and fun :)
