I was worked in to the schedule. I was treated well by everyone that I had met. The doctor spent time with me. I absolutely will go back next year.
No Good. I called in advance to ensure they took my ins. When I arrived, there was a slight giggle. Oh, we don't take that. I should have called you back. After I left & paid out of pocket, they called to tell me Dr requested me back for more tests. Not going back!
I had appointment on 4/10 but I lost my contact the night before my appointment, now they were originally booked to the end of April. So I called on 4/9 and explained my dilemma with my contacts. The Receptionist listen patiently and immediately squeezed me in, right before I needed to go work. I said all that to let everyone know how professional and the empathy they have for their patients. Dr. Courtney Hegener was awesome she made sure I got the right prescriptions for my contacts. My whole experience was 😎 👏 Awesome
Dr. Courtney Hegener is an outstanding physician. She is thorough and explains any issues very well. She is personable with a great "bedside" manner.
This office went out of their way to help a traveler in distress. I lost a contact while visiting and reached out to try to find a replacement. Shaunna was so friendly and with a quick look at my prescription they were able to help. Every office should have employees like Shaunna assisting customers. Thank you so much for your help in getting me back to the mountains and able to see those fall colors!!!
