Very good. All equipment is very modern. Prices for eye exam is good even without insurance. Ya, $100 is still expensive but better then most. Ive gone here for 2 years and they have done a great job for me, my wife, mother and both kids. Glasses at Vision works is mad expensnext door but Nigh is very good and the help plus Dr's there are fantastic.
Went in last week and was seen by Courtney. She was absolutely amazing. And the to the two that helped me with picking out glasses, Julianna and the other guy I can’t remember his name. Black guy with glasses I believe. They were both super helpful and extremely friendly. They made me feel like family and made the experience easy and fun :)
Dr. Hegener at Nigh Eye Group in Taylors was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to truly understand my chart and carefully listened to my needs and concerns, especially regarding my current brand of contacts. I never felt rushed and I genuinely felt heard and cared for throughout my visit. This office shows true quality service. I did not feel like just another number walking through the door. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:20 PM for both a regular eye exam and a contact exam since I’m trying contacts for the first time. The wait was long, but I initially overlooked it because it seemed like only one doctor was available. At the end of my normal eye exam, I was told there might not be enough time for my contact fitting, which didn’t make sense since I had waited past my appointment time.
