I was pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and overall efficiency of the immigration and security staff in handling my passport renewal application. As a citizen, it is refreshing to receive services at a Nigerian consulate that prioritizes the citizens needs for the service and support they are entrusted to provide, and do so efficiently .
Please I really need my passport now. It’s been 6months now “ my mum I was planning to go home and see have passed. Since August 12 up till date, I travel from taxes to Atlanta to renew my passport, they are not picking there call, I can’t track it, and I have moved out of the apartment that the passport was supposed to be delivered to. Please I need my passport so I can go home to bury her. Please please please since August 12th 2024
I finally got my passport today. I went to Atlanta, GA for my biometrics for a passport renewal on Oct. 10th 2024, I just got my passport in the mail today - Jan 15th 2025. For someone who is discouraged or anxious, I hope you get yours soon too. These people are the scam capital.My husband speak about his people getting over on people and I never thought it could be true.My money was taken for a service That was never completed. They never pick up the phone they offered to give my husband a NIN number Over the phone, without capturing his Fingerprints or documents, they email me the most hanky panky photocopy.
