Nigel was so helpful when our boiler was playing up. He was responsive with communication and offered really helpful advice and a great service.

I cannot recommend Nigel & Josh enough. I rang NYPD in real need, having had a major gas leak that was switched off for our own safety in the middle of the night. I rang multiple different companies who would not come out to see me and one even quoted 2 weeks for it to be seen. Having a young family and an 8-month-old baby, this is, of course, not ideal! NYPD managed to come out to us the next day due to the nature of the problem, quickly evaluated the issues, and re-piped the whole gas run in the space of a day. Outstanding... read more
