I do not recommend this service. I hired Nigel for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection in Western Sydney. The quote was high, but the inspection lasted only 15 minutes and was very superficial. Nigel lacked basic knowledge (he couldn't even identify gyprock), he gave me incorrect recommendations, and the report was a generic copy-paste. Poor value and highly disappointing. Be careful with reviews submitted by his people as they're fake reviews.
