I’ve seen the Nigel Mulgrew trucks around town. We had been using Works for several years, but in a recent need for a plumber, they fell down on the job. In essence I had a bad scheduling issue that went for several days. Too many cancellations which disrupted my work. So I fired them and decided to give Mulgrew a chance. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed in a few hours. Price seemed reasonable, tech was friendly and efficient. So Mulgrew is our new plumber service.
