Dr Hsu performed restructure surgery on my left Achilles tendon on 27 June 2023. He did a great job by any standards. By mid-December 2023 I had recovered 90%. Qualification: The only action left to work on is standing on/walking on tip-toes! This is amazing. Thank you Dr. Hsu!!
