The kindest and most compassionate doctor!
Dr. Barner gets a 5 star review as he is kind, knowledgeable and efficient, but his receptionist, Jill (who is not representing the practice nor the name Jill very well) gets a zero. You can thank her for giving me the motivation to find a new doctor. She is probably the most unpleasant, rude and purposefully annoying scheduler I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Dr. Barner is an incredible doctor and an even more amazing person. From the first time I met him he has truly gone above and beyond to make sure my health concerns are addressed and outcomes the best that can be controlled. He is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and works in a collaborative manner where you feel like he truly is an advocate for you. I am so thankful for his efforts and I know that so many others feel the same way.
I have seen Dr. Barner twice: once for a persistent cough and once for an annual physical. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, easy to communicate with, and kind. He takes the time necessary to discuss the issues and explains clearly a course of action and treatment. A wonderful physician on every level.
