I shop here very regularly and am always extremely happy with the prices, service, and selection. Everyone working in the store is always so nice, even when there are really mean and nasty customers! Yesterday there was a lady who was upset about the return policy and hit (that's right, HIT) the manager and she carried herself with nothing but professionalism when she had every right to be upset. I love this store and everyone there deserves the world! Love supporting this business and it's for a great cause!
Extremely disappointing experience! I was in town for an event and stopped in to shop, not only was most of the merchandise WAY over priced but I found 2 items in a cart that was being pulled off the shelves that I wanted to buy and the staff VERY rudely told me "green tag items" were being thrown away and they couldn't sell them to me!! I used to volunteer at the senior center and I haven't really ever been to the thrift store and tell 2 days ago.Saw a parachutes didn't have time to try them on, so I asked the sales person.What is your return policies? He said you can bring them back within 2 days. Well, they didn't fit! I came in today the 2nd day and was information they there not refundable.Like what, they said I had two days to return these! Fun to browse. Some great deals. LOTS of inventory, but that makes aisles hard to navigate. Certainly worth visiting. There might the best deal ever waiting for you!
Great prices, omg they had so many Christmas ornaments sold separately. I wanted to buy them all lol. Definitely worth the drive and the staff was very nice and yes there is a restroom if you need it.
