Lovely is amazing to work with! She is extremely talented, creative, and truly listens to her clients needs. Lovely is very thorough and communicated regularly throughout the planning/delivery/set-up process. We received SO many compliments about the balloon decor; everything was beautiful and highly recommend her services.
