I’ve been going here for over 2 years and absolutely adore them. If you’re looking for a nail salon that actually cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, this is the place. Huge shoutout to Nicole, Susan, Mimi, and Kevin — they are all AMAZING. I usually get my manicures with Nicole or Susan and my pedicures with Mimi, and every single time they are incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely want everything to look perfect before you leave. Left with a panic attack. Asked for a soak off acrylic removal and they used a nail TIP to remove. She went way too fast and split my pink nail in half. Still had to pay, they also had an attitude the whole time up until that point. Awful place never again. Wish I could post the picture
I’m not sure how this place got 4.7 they definitely don’t deserve it! They have a nail tech that is extremely racist and rude and disrespectful! If you are black don’t go we are not welcome. Apparently she don’t know her history (read the civil rights act) when she approached me she didn’t great me at all- she ask “you pick your color” with a nasty attitude. My experience was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. Nicole is amazing!! I showed her a picture with a specific nail design with lots of details and she replicated it SPOT ON! I wish I could share the pictures. I absolutely recommend Nicole at Nifty Nails!!
