I am very skeptical of house restoration companies, or just contractors in general I read a lot of reviews but rarely take the time to make a review myself I had such a great experience with NEC House that I decided to write this review My salesman Zach was top notch He was very knowledgeable responsive and kind never pushy The crew did a great job as well Great attention to detail and listened when I had questions NEC House is not the cheapest but after the job they did at my house I can say they are the best.

They took the time to explain the specifics of the work and break down the cost for completing everything with a single firm. You should give NEC House Restoration a call; you'll be glad you did. They were on time, there was no loitering, and these guys stayed busy, completely restoring everything before they departed.

I engaged them to install a manual transfer switch for my generator and a 240v circuit/outlet for an EV charger. Max did a great job with getting rid of mold in our basement cellar, as well as behind a wall that was weeping water. They also did a great job with repairing our wall after the remediation was done. They are honest and offered really great advice moving forward. Before we hired Max, another mold remediation company gave us a quote that was 3 times the price that Robert quoted us.
