I made a rental agreement in mid July, the car was almost not road worthy, but it did make it for the time I had it. Upon returning it, I was told the deposit would be returned…they said 7-10 working days, but no return! I decided to give this review to alert others of the dishonest practice this company presents….. I will message Corporate about my deposit, don’t call them, message Corporate!!!
How are they even in business
If I could give zero stars I would! Whatever you do, DO NOT rent a car from them! They rented my elderly father a piece of crap with the check engine light on, the oil change light on, and the tire pressure light system needs work warning on. Not to mention 2 completely bald front tires. It should be illegal for them to even rent a car like this! They took a $400 deposit and said I would receive the money back on my credit card within 2 to 4 days. I had to fight on the 12th or 13th day calling corporate in order to get the money back. Don’t use this company because they will try to keep your deposit. I made eight calls to try to make them perform and they finally did. If I would not have said anything, I convinced that I would never see my money again.
I rented a vehicle that was not road worthy and I didn’t know upon signing papers. It had a shake to it, so many features on the car didn’t work correctly and overall I felt unsafe with it. It was the weekend so I ended up parking it and borrowing a friends car because I really didn’t feel safe in this car. I returned it the following business day being Monday and again was told the security deposit would be refunded in 7-10 business days.
