This is the best place to get to work out with air weights, more gentle on body, get to meet people ,make friends , exercise group therapy for physical and mental exercises. The staff is wonderful❣️Polite, kind and friendly, well trained, with a PHENOMENAL physical therapist that I highly recommend, after being with different PT therapists and Chiropractors for the last 20 years of my life. Their a gift of life and vitality❣️
