I sincerely suggest you find another broker to do business with ! From the owner to the secretary these people are nothing but condescending and rude ! Fast enough to take my money for years , seems like IMPOSSIBLE to get both my car and home policies cancelled and refunded...My next calls will be to the Mo. state insurance regulators and then to the BBB !
