Called about an issue and Jim spoke with me on phone and told me to bring it in for him to look at. They took care of me right away!!! Thanks much!! Just returned from camper. Fridge working great. Thanks Jim! Not happy with lazy days camper as this fridge was las than 2 months old and they did not stand by it. Suggest not buying from them. Niemeyer A+
