If you expect a warranty, just lower your expectations now. I’m not even 60 days past close and am giving up on this company. There is ZERO faith in their quality and service. I have hard to open/close sliding doors, and they refuse to correct the issue. Their representative has already admitted to bowed tracks. They tried one thing to fix it, then realized it was bigger than they wanted to actually correct. The manager told me it was due to the expanding of the vinyl. Bought a house in tea. Undeveloped lots next door never get mowed, construction workers drove their telehandler through my yard, snow removal just blew a 5 foot tall pile of snow onto my property. All the houses west of me have water in the basements and theyre less than 7 years old. Houses for sale on our street are listed over 400k for the lower priced ones and they won't even return your phone call. Couldn’t have asked for a better home building experience from start to finish. Extremely professional, informative, and knowledgeable about each phase of the building process. They paid close attention to details, quality, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
