We have been in our home for 7 years and have had a few minor issues (dormer window needed replacing, moving of electrical outlets, roof issues), but after the recent storm we contacted Nielson about a perceived issue with the installation of roof flashing, after the insurance adjuster and roofing company suspected that it was installed incorrectly in a couple of places.
