Nielson Construction team was very cooperative and flexible which led to a smooth sales experience. They were easy to contact and responded immediately. There were no surprises at closing. They stood behind their one year warranty. The few minor issues were resolved in a short period of time.

I had a very negative experience with this company, especially with Amy Evans. I am an insurance agent, and one of my clients purchased a house through this firm. Nielson advertises that they install Class 3 Impact Resistant Shingles. But when we asked for them to send over some type of proof or verification, we did not receive any cooperation. Looked at some homes with Lindsey from this company a few weeks ago. Was now ready to potentially make an offer! Lindsey would no longer return phone calls or text! So called and got connected to Manager Amy! She writes me "we have decided we are not able to provide you any services."
