These guys are thieves. They stole $2900 in parts off of my truck. Rotten to the core. We have contacted the police and will go that route since they continue to lie.
Bunch of thieves. This shop does DPF DEF EGR deletes on pickup trucks but steals the parts. BEWARE! Stole almost $3,000 in parts and then filed a chargeback after receiving the parts. Not much we can do other than write a review since we're in Canada unfortunately. See attached proof. And we've repeatedly messaged them about a return and been ghosted. Sad to see shops do this. This shop is run by a bunch of scammers. Bought some parts through them and they stole my credit card info and continued to buy parts for other trucks. Do not use this shop! Run far away!

While driving through the area on our way home to Canada, my wife and I broke down early on a Friday morning. Nielsen's Auto Repair were the only ones that made room in their busy schedule to fix the hub and rotor assembly on our 2005 Ford Focus and got us back on our way. Even before we reached the shop on the back of a flatdeck they had parts ordered and upon arriving put two of their top notch mechanics on solving our problem.
