EDIT: The failing business is outraged by the so called "name calling" but did not once apologized for the scammy behavior from their employees. No one "strongly suggested" anything, nor did I name call anyone. Stating facts is NOT name calling. Notice how they did not rebuke a single claim I made in my review. The only thing they claim is that the difference between fixing it and replacing it was $ 100. And that is a lie. The difference was $305. Tried calling several times about my water heater and no one picked up. When someone finally did pick up, they asked for my information and they would call me back shortly. That was 9 days ago.
