I had a great experience with this company. We are rehabbing a cottage we have at spirit lake. We tried another store and the experience we had there wasn’t that great. I am visiting from out of state and have been selling appliances 20+ years. So I knew what we wanted, they didn’t try to hard sell me on something. Delivery and install went very well and the delivery install team was very professional. Thank you Nielsens’, I will buy from you again when the time comes. The dishwasher and dryer are great.
Tried getting a new fridge, but the salesperson was pressuring me so much, I just left.

EDIT: The failing business is outraged by the so called "name calling" but did not once apologized for the scammy behavior from their employees. No one "strongly suggested" anything, nor did I name call anyone. Stating facts is NOT name calling. Notice how they did not rebuke a single claim I made in my review. The only thing they claim is that the difference between fixing it and replacing it was $ 100. And that is a lie. The difference was $305.
