I had a washer die and Sears told me it would be a week before someone could come out and just look at it. I called Nielsen's and they sent someone out the next day. It turned out it wasn't really worth fixing. I priced a frontload pair at Sears and then Nielsen's gave me a price that was $200 lower and they gave me free risers - which would have been about $500 more at Sears. I'm very happy!
I called for service on my range, and the repairman came the next day. I was so happy- he even had the part on hand to fix it! Thank you! I can bake again!
