After waiting months for an ENT appointment, I accepted a last minute cancellation at 2:20 pm only after being told the visit would take 30 to 40 minutes. The clinic is an hour from my home, and I needed to pick up my child from daycare by 3:50 pm. I arrived early, completed paperwork, and waited.
