Three of my children have been to Dr Nielsen. He is very kind and was able to calm my younger son’s nerves. He explains everything extremely well and makes sure you understand exactly what is happening. You can tell he loves what he does and is very knowledgeable! He’s also very honest, others told me that both my son and daughter needed a phase one, he suggested we wait and watch and sure enough they didn’t need it! Dr. Nielsen and his amazing staff were so knowledgable, helpful, and attentive during my adult-phase ortho treatment and my son's braces. They take care of all Delta Dental insurance claims, phew! My ex-husband required that our 2nd son go to another local orthodontic office and the insurance claim process was a mess. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nielsen and team, especially now that I've experienced another practice. Also important, both my son and I have amazing new smiles! Thanks Dr. Nielsen!
The doctors and staff provide excellent care, and I'm happy to say that the Invisalign process fixed my very painful TMJ! I'm a 71 year old grandma who wore braces all through my teens, and I thought NEVER AGAIN. Now that I've gone through the process, I'd like to encourage other adults to consider this. I just wish I would have done it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Nielsen and team!
