The service department here is the greatest! Always so kind, and everyone goes above and beyond to explain everything to you. My car is always vacuumed out after and cleaner than I left it! They even went as far to wash my car most recently, which was dirty as anything from all the salt. You guys rock! Gracie is also a great addition to the team(new store mascot)!
I have been going to Nielsen Nissan in Stanhope, New Jersey for over six years for service on my cars. I recently tried a couple of other Nissan service departments that were slightly closer to my home, but none compare to the Stanhope location. Milosz, at the service desk, knows me by name (not for a bad reason!). He and everyone else there are courteous and accommodating. Nice, cozy and huge waiting room. Free coffee and water. Snacks and other drinks at their vending machine. Kudos for Advisor Anthony for kind accommodation not only with me but every one that comes in. Thank you Tech Joe for fast service. I am still waiting for Manager Elizabeth's update for my punctured Kumho tire on the front passenger side (reimbursement). Thanks again. Great experience!
