Tackled my maintenance, recall and computer issue all before lunch.
Brought it in for an oil change and was given updates throughout the time my car was in service. A lot of positive changes in how they keep the customer aware and in the loop. Also, delivered my car back to me which was a nice added touch as my days can and usually do get busy with work.
After going thru what I went thru at another dealership. This one is by far the Best one and just Amazing. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and actually listen to me. From now on I will be taking my car only to this dealership. They were great, a little pricey but they’re honest and when they said they’ll do something they will do it. No run arounds.
Atrocious service. I talked this car dealership down from the 60k to 30k mileage package which still costed $1000. I paid to have the breaks at least looked at. The mechanic told me that since I have a hybrid that charges the battery as I brake the brakes would be in tact. Thankfully I knew better and ordered the tires myself to get them installed talked at the mavis. Mavis told me the back brakes were 90% gone and that I needed to replace them immediately. This was the first service I experienced at Nielsen Ford and I will be back. The service was prompt, the waiting area was comfortable and had WiFi so I could work. Bill Shaunessy provided excellent service and communicated the cost of the work prior to the job. They even washed my car! Best service around!!
